In this role, you will be part of an international organization while working closely with our Iberian market and feed production plants, playing a key role in ensuring efficient and reliable supply to our customers. /ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliBuild reliable demand forecasts combining data analysis, trends and business inputs /liliCollaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations) to align on demand plans /liliIntegrate market insights such as seasonality, promotions, product launches or customer trends into the forecast /liliMonitor and improve performance through KPIs such as forecast accuracy and bias /liliLead the monthly demand planning process, facilitating alignment and driving consensus across stakeholders /liliSupport efficient operations by ensuring the right balance between demand, production and stock levels for our feed plants in Iberia /liliIdentify risks and opportunities,
