The Role

You'll be responsible for growing our vendor portfolio, conducting market appraisals and making sure every property we list is presented to the very best standard. It's a varied, people-focused role that sits right at the heart of what we do.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate, data-backed property valuations to vendors
- Generate new instructions through networking, local prospecting,



outbound calls and direct marketing
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with vendors from initial enquiry through to listing

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in real estate, sales or a client-facing role
- Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken. Additional languages are a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of the local property market and competitor pricing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel for property visits
