- 10+ years of experience in digital and growth marketing with emphasis on Meta and strong performance on Google, TikTok, and paid channels
- Proven ability to design and execute large-scale marketing strategies with measurable business impact
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in performance metrics, forecasting, and Pu0026L-driven decisions
- Excellent executive communication skills for leading meetings with partners and internal teams
- Native/bilingual English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong academic background in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in entertainment, experiential marketing, media, or consumer tech preferred
