Experteer Overview In this VIE role you will support the DAR team across Project Finance, Real Estate Finance, Corporate, TMT and Leveraged loan distribution. You will contribute to syndication opinions, market research and investor relations, collaborating with CACIB origination teams and the loan distribution group. You will prepare materials for pitches, market updates and reporting, while ensuring timely close of memos and data updates. This position offers hands-on experience in cross-functional financing scenarios within a dynamic, multilingual environment.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Support in drafting DAR syndication opinions including pricing and structuring for transactions with Spanish-speaking connections
- Create comparable transaction tables by sector and liquidity analysis
- Complete closing memos in a timely manner
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations for pitches and market updates
- Support Excel reports and databases, using Debtdomain for inviting banks and reporting
- Update comparable files and support bank meeting preparations and call reports
- Conduct market research and present market updates
- Assist in coordinating development and monitoring of the Spanish investor base, especially non-bank investors
- Coordinate with all involved business lines and assist in internal reporting and Diamond managementResponsabilidades
- Master degree
- Fluent English; intermediate Spanish
- EU citizen (except Spanish) and under 28 years old
