Experteer Overview
In this Recruitment Sourcer role, you will proactively build diverse talent pipelines to fuel Fever’s tech, data, and product teams. You’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to forecast needs, map the landscape, and engage top talent through creative, multi-channel outreach. You’ll leverage AI-driven workflows to scale sourcing, improve engagement, and generate actionable insights. This is a hands-on position at a fast-growing, global leader shaping how audiences discover experiences and how creators scale their events.

• Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, events, referrals)
• Maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future tech, data, and product roles
• Map competitive landscape to identify target companies and engage top talent
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance discovery, automate tasks, personalize outreach, and extract sourcing insights
• Engage passive candidates with compelling, brand-aligned outreach
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize sourcing approaches

• Manage candidate records in the ATS (Greenhouse)

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience in a fast-growing tech environment
• Ability to find hard-to-reach talent through unconventional methods
• AI-first mindset with adoption of new tools and workflows to improve sourcing
• Data-driven approach with measurable outcomes and rapid iteration
• Clear, warm communication in candidate outreach and brand representation
• Thrives in ambiguity and manages multiple pipelines without sacrificing quality
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to identify patterns in the talent market
• C1 or Native English and Spanish; additional languages a plus
