QA AI Engineer – 100% Remote

At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for a QA AI Engineer to join an international project within the consumer healthcare sector . This is a fully remote position, where you will play a key role ensuring the quality, reliability and production readiness of AI-powered solutions and digital platforms.

? Main responsibilities

- Act as the quality gatekeeper for new features, platform changes and AI integrations.
- Design and execute manual and exploratory testing activities.
- Create test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements and reference data.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, completeness and unsupported or hallucinated responses.
- Perform regression testing for new features, platform updates and AI configuration changes.
- Identify, document and track defects, including evidence, severity, reproduction steps and business impact.
- Produce traceable test reports to support release readiness.
- Maintain reusable test assets and expected results for continuous evaluation.
- Collaborate with business, technical and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliveries.
- Help prevent technical debt by promoting quality standards and automated testing practices.

? What are we looking for?

- 8+ years of experience in QA, Software Testing or similar roles.
- Strong experience in manual and exploratory testing .
- Experience designing test cases from complex business rules.
- Ability to evaluate results against expected outcomes and reference data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience documenting and tracking testing activities and defects.
- Experience with regression testing .
- Ability to identify inconsistent, unsupported or hallucinated AI-generated outputs.
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of web platforms and integrations, including:
- APIs
- PIM
- DAM
- CDP

➕ Nice to Have





- Experience testing AI or LLM-based solutions .
- Understanding of hallucinations, non-deterministic AI behaviour and LLM evaluation.
- Experience testing regulated, compliance or legal workflows.
- Familiarity with marketing assets and document-based testing.
- Experience with Playwright or other test automation frameworks.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry or similar AI platforms.
