You will provide technical leadership, support strategic customer engagements, and help scale professional services capabilities across the organization. This role reports to the Integral Services Director. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport local Services Engineers on strategic opportunities and customer engagements. /li liProvide advanced pre‑sales and post‑sales technical expertise. /li liLead workshops, demonstrations, assessments and proof‑of‑concept activities. /li liSupport large‑scale implementations and customer transformation initiatives. /li liDevelop reusable technical assets, methodologies and best practices, and act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.
