We are looking for a GMP Quality Assurance Technician to join our Barcelona team. This is an exciting opportunity for a quality professional who enjoys working in an international environment, managing multiple projects and collaborating with clients and expert auditors across the globe.
The Role
As a GMP Quality Assurance Technician, you will support the planning, coordination and technical review of GMP audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the audit lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor GMP audit activities from planning through completion.
- Prepare audit documentation and support the execution of GMP audits.
- Review audit reports to ensure technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Request, review and assess Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal auditors while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with Rephine's Quality Management System and support internal quality investigations when required.
- Participate in and, where appropriate, conduct GMP audits.
About You
- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or another relevant scientific discipline.
- Minimum two years' GMP experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Medical Device industries.
- Strong knowledge of FDA, EMA and ICH regulations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20%).
