QUALITY ENGINEER - AUTOMOTIVE Location: Terrassa, Barcelona

Work model: Hybrid (3 on-site / 2 remote)

Sector: Automotive | Product Development | Vision Systems / Mechanical Components At K-LAGAN, we are looking for a Quality Engineer to join a technical project within the automotive sector, focused on product quality during development, validation and industrialization phases. This role is idóneo for professionals with hands-on experience in product quality, validation and mechanical component development, preferably within a Tier 1 / automotive environment and with exposure to OEM customer requirements. Responsibilities:

- Lead and participate in product FMEA/DFMEA activities during development phases.
- Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements, internal standards and applicable regulations.
- Support product homologation activities.
- Ensure traceability of special characteristics across key technical documentation: FMEA, drawings, layouts, etc.
- Participate in design reviews together with engineering teams.
- Define control plans, gauges and control systems.
- Coordinate prototype and sample deliveries according to customer requirements.
- Define and manage DVP/PVT validation plans together with testing teams.
- Analyze test results and collaborate on technical countermeasure definition.
- Work closely with manufacturing quality teams during product industrialization.
- Act as a technical interface with customers and internal stakeholders. Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.




- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in product quality, development quality or validation of mechanical components.
- Knowledge of FMEA/DFMEA, control plans, product validation and technical documentation.
- Experience in the automotive sector or Tier 1 environment.
- Fluent Spanish, English and German, spoken and written.

However, the final offer will be adjusted according to the candidate’s experience, technical skills, soft skills and the value they can bring to the project. ?
