Location: Madrid (100% on-site), European scope, ~50% travel.

We are a European distribution group specialized in branded health ingredients for dietary supplements, functional foods, and health-focused consumer products.

The role

Your key role in supporting the growth of our nutraceutical activities across Europe. Your mission is to act as a strategic link between ingredient manufacturers and customers, helping translate scientific value into clear market positioning and long-term business opportunities.

Education

- - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, Nutritionist / Dietitian, or a related field.

Experience
- - Experience or strong interest in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, functional foods, or health ingredients.
- 1–2 years of professional experience is desirable, ideally in ingredient distribution, product management, technical roles, or business development.
- Experience in value-driven, science-based roles with exposure to manufacturers and customers is a plus.

Languages
- - Spanish:



C1 and/or native.
- English: C1 (mandatory).
- French: Advanced level (desirable).

- - Strong scientific background with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Comfortable speaking in public and presenting in English.
- Strategic mindset and long-term business orientation.
- Curious, proactive, and relationship-driven.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Location & travel
- - Approximately 50% travel, including customer visits, supplier meetings, and industry events across Europe.
- 100% on-site position, based at our Madrid offices.
- Group-level role with European scope.
