PACS is seeking a Garnishment Specialist to oversee employee wage garnishments and income withholding orders across facilities. You will serve as the liaison with ADP, employees, agencies, and leadership to ensure compliant, timely processing.
You will collaborate with Payroll, HR, Legal, and ADP to resolve complex issues, maintain records, and improve processes while ensuring regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local laws.
