As Senior AI Business Analyst at Zurich/ServiZurich, you translate business needs into data specifications and serve as a bridge between business, data, and IT to embed AI into processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and risk decisions. You will monitor model performance, improve data quality and feature engineering, and uphold Responsible AI practices. This role supports Zurich’s data-driven transformation and innovation.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines to Insurance, Financial Services, Business Analytics
• 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst, Insurance Operations or Data Analyst
• Hands-on experience with AI enablement and LLMs or AI platforms
• Structured business and data analysis skills with strong problem-solving
• Open-minded, test-and-learn mindset
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
• Proficiency in English and at least one additional language
