THE ROLE

As a Logistics Intern you will learn and support all the logistics processes of an international organization specialized in a dynamic retail industry, based in Madrid.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE

- Global retail fulfilment and distribution coordination support for B2C and B2B channels. Liaise with 3PL warehousing teams and carriers.
- Import, Export and Customs documentation related to national and international shipments.
- Data reconciliation across systems and issue resolution.
- Identify logistic issues & process gaps, develop solutions.




- Assist in stock control processes, discrepancy identification & analysis.
- Logistic KPI elaboration and reporting.

MAIN PROJECTS YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

- Real Madrid Jersey Launch – May‑September 2026.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Logistics plan maintenance and monitoring.
- Testing support.
- Inbound monitoring.
- Order reconciliation support.
- Hypercare support and Launch shipping expenses review.
- Freight Tender launch with 20 partners in June 2026.
- Transportation process and requirement documentation.
- Preparation and participation in Face to Face negotiation meetings.
- Freight proposals input for Management analysis and assessment.
- Implementation support.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Ongoing Logistics degree/master required.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, extremely organized, multitasking ability.
- Data‑driven mindset.
- Good level of English and Spanish.

DESIRABLE

- Problem solving skills.
- Interest in process automatization and ERP systems.
