ph3Senior Data Product Owner – Digital Operational Excellence (PTE) /h3pWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Data Product Owner to drive business value through innovative data solutions. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine Communicate Product Vision: Lead the vision and roadmap for data products, aligning with organizational goals and stakeholder needs. /liliLead Data Product Development: Manage the full lifecycle of data products, from ideation to deployment, leveraging Roche’s IT/OT ecosystems for stable, automated solutions. /liliDrive Value Delivery Prioritization: Develop prioritized product backlogs, guiding teams to deliver scalable, reusable data products that achieve measurable business outcomes. /liliEnsure Governance Compliance: Guarantee data products adhere to Roche’s data quality standards, governance policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., data privacy, GxP). /liliChampion Collaboration Mentorship: Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams, fostering harmonization and mentoring other Data Product Owners.



/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli7+ years of agile experience designing and delivering complex data solutions. /lili4+ years as a Product Owner or Data Analyst, preferably in the pharma or healthcare industry. /liliProven track record of data management on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake). /liliStrong understanding of data architectures, data modeling, data integration (e.g., data mesh, data warehousing), and SDLC/CSV. /liliExcellent ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead teams in an agile setting. /liliStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. /li /ulh3Equal Opportunity Employment /h3pRoche is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
