ppAt Factorial we’re looking for a new Sales Development Representative for the Portuguese Market to help us support and scale our Sales team to the next level. /p pAs part of the team in charge of driving new business growth, you’ll be in charge of identifying and prospecting potential customers, qualifying inbound leads and booking high‑quality meetings for our Account Executives. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liOwn the early stages of the sales cycle: prospect, research and qualify leads. /li liEngage with prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, campaigns and other outreach channels (expect 60–80 touchpoints per day). /li liQualify inbound and outbound leads coming from marketing or other internal teams. /li liBook high‑quality meetings with key decision‑makers. /li liProvide feedback to AEs and Marketing about lead quality, persona trends and blockers. /li liMaintain your pipeline organized and up‑to‑date in HubSpot. /li liTest new messaging, share learnings and iterate based on what works. /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul liNative‑level Portuguese and professional English. /li li1–2 years of experience in Sales, SDR, BDR or similar roles – ideally in SaaS or digital environments. /li liNo fear of picking up the phone and structuring a smart conversation. /li liHighly resilient, proactive and comfortable hearing “no” a lot. /li liWell‑organized and able to manage your own pipeline and priorities. /li liA strong communicator – clear, persuasive and confident. /li liFamiliar with CRM tools (like HubSpot) and platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator. /li liExperience working with or selling to the Portuguese market. /li /ul h3Perks /h3 ul liHigh growth,
