The role requires strong technical ownership, deep knowledge of IC layout fundamentals, and a proven track record of delivering production silicon. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead block-level and top-level IC layout from floorplan definition to tape-out /li liOwn layout technical decisions, ensuring quality, robustness, and manufacturability /li liPlan, estimate, and track layout schedules, milestones, and progress /li liCoordinate layout execution across blocks and contributors to ensure on-time delivery /li liEnsure compliance with layout verification requirements (DRC, LVS, ERC, DFM) /li liCollaborate with design, verification,
