We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join a leading organization in the aviation sector, partnering closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and business leaders to attract top talent for critical technical and white-collar roles.

This is a highly visible, end-to-end recruitment role where you'll serve as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, driving talent strategies and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across a complex and dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering, maintenance, and specialized white-collar positions.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define hiring strategies and solve talent challenges.
- Source and attract highly skilled professionals across engineering, engine maintenance, and industrial functions.
- Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Lead candidate experience initiatives and act as an ambassador of the employer brand.
- Support competency-based interviews, assessment centers, and selection panels.

Required skills

- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
- Strong experience recruiting technical and specialized white-collar talent, ideally within aviation, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, MRO, or related sectors.
- Ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Maintenance stakeholders and understand complex technical requirements.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management,



and consultative influencing skills.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Microsoft 365, and recruitment analytics tools.

Work Model

Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the office
