- Build and execute the OPTIMAX product strategy for EN Plant Optimization and related Advanced Process Control applications
- Define the product roadmap and prioritize new features with Ru0026D to meet targets
- Interface with product development, operations, financials, marketing, sales, service and business development to anticipate market needs
- Own go-to-market messaging, segment content, customer demos,



and thought leadership materials
- Collaborate with marketing to keep external and internal websites up to date

- 15+ years in product management for energy, process and emissions optimization solutions
- Strong understanding of software-related business models in energy industry segments
- Proficiency with modern product development methods and ICT technologies (Cloud, Edge, AI)
- Experience in Energy Industries (Refineries, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Power Generation)
- Ability to translate service concepts and external requirements into value propositions and technical requirements
