About the Ro le

Sales Regional Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of dealer sales services within their region. This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, dealer compliance, and operational excellence through strategic coordination and direct engagement with deale rs.

Responsibili ties

Build sales plans with the dealers and manage distributors to achieve Sales ta rget.Negotiate annual/quarterly/monthly sales targets with dea lers.Local plan with dealer vehicles: demo, courtesy car and

KM0.Handle administrative tasks such as weekly reports, forecasts,



or sales p lans.Manage the CRM system and sales rep orts.Visit dealers and promote s ales.Develop awareness for the Lepas brand in the area.Collaborating with other departments to boost the sales in the cou ntry.Support leasing and fleet team in potential key client’s portfolio management anddevelopment. Support networks development teams in dealer develop ment.

Required Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales areas with relevant network and proved goodperformance in automotive industry. Startup phase experience is highly pre ferred.Result-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multinationalenvir onment.Proficient level in E nglish.Knowledge of CRM. Knowledge of CRM and other automotive sales systems is a plus.Able to work independently and with a team.Have a Spanish driving l icense.
