In this role you ensure employee and talent processes meet regulatory standards while shaping scalable compliance controls. You will map obligations, develop and challenge policies, and oversee training programs to mitigate conduct risk. Working within the Compliance team, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners and regulators to drive responsible growth.

You will play a pivotal role in horizon scanning across geographies and in incident remediation, contributing to Revolut’s mission to deliver a trusted, compliant financial super app.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Provide oversight on employee and talent obligations (e.g., statements of responsibilities, remuneration, malus and clawback).
- Ensure high-quality regulatory mapping.
- Challenge, assess, and implement policies from scratch.




- Review 1LoD compliance approvals for employee and talent initiatives and give feedback.
- Maintain a robust, company-wide employee and talent training programme.
- Oversee horizon scanning for relevant geographies.
- Review and challenge 1LoD incident reviews to ensure effective remediation.

Responsabilidades

- 7+ years in regulatory compliance within consultancy, a compliance function, or regulator.
- Expertise in employee and talent obligations (accountability regimes, SMCR, EMD, MLR, COI, etc.).
- University degree in STEM, business, or finance.
- Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis and policy creation/implementation.
- Understanding of compliance risk vs. business risk.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication with internal teams and regulators, plus analytical and interpersonal skills. xugodme
