ph3Job Description /h3 pWe are seeking a bSupply Management professional /b to work on new programmes allocated to the Getafe plant as part of the Supply Management MRTT and SIRTAP VSM team at Airbus Defence and Space SAU. This role is key to ensuring the availability and efficient management of necessary materials. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and coordinate the supply chain for the MRTT program, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets. /li liNegotiate contracts with suppliers, establishing favorable agreements and monitoring their performance. /li liIdentify and mitigate supply chain risks, proposing proactive solutions. /li liCollaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure the correct integration of components. /li liPerform market and trend analysis to optimize material procurement strategies. /li liMaintain up-to-date documentation of supply chain processes and supplier agreements. /li liParticipate in resolving supply and logistics-related incidents. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain management processes. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Engineering. On top, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. /li liProven experience in supply chain management, purchasing, or procurement, preferably in the aerospace or high‑tech industrial sector. /li liIn-depth knowledge of supply chain management tools and methodologies. /li liExcellent negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving skills. /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. /li liProficiency in Spanish and English (oral and written) is essential. /li liKnowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage. /li liAvailability to travel as required to other Airbus plants or suppliers.
