Safran in Granada, Spain is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to join our general Support Team. You’ll work on Linux and Windows based systems, diagnose hardware and software problems, and help customers reproduce issues in our lab using our R-PNT devices.
You will collaborate with international projects and teams in France and the United States, communicate clearly with customers by phone and email, and escalate tickets when needed while maintaining high service levels.
