You will oversee lifecycle activity, performance analysis and ongoing optimisation to support long‑term player engagement and value. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLeading the planning and execution of CRM and retention strategies across brands and customer segments. /li liOverseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of automated, scheduled and ad‑hoc lifecycle campaigns. /li liAnalysing campaign and customer data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. /li liApproving segmentation, content, offers and campaign setup to ensure quality and compliance. /li liDeveloping CRM plans aligned with key events, product milestones and player lifecycle stages.



/li liManaging retention budgets and contributing to test‑and‑learn activities that improve performance. /li liTranslating CRM insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders across the business. /li liSupporting and guiding the Retention Executive, establishing clear objectives, processes, and performance expectations. /li /ul h3Skills Experience /h3 ul liProven experience in online gaming within CRM, lifecycle marketing or retention. /li liStrong commercial mindset with the ability to link CRM activity to business goals. /li liConfident analysing performance data and transforming insights into actionable strategies. /li liProven experience managing CRM campaigns across multiple customer segments. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder‑management skills across teams and seniority levels. /li liExperience mentoring or supporting team members is an advantage. /li liSolid understanding of CRM journeys, segmentation, and retention mechanics in iGaming. /li liProactive, improvement‑focused mindset with strong attention to performance optimisation. /li /ul h3How We Hire /h3 pOur interviews are a two‑way process, and we want you to have the time and opportunity to get to know us, as much as we are getting know you!
