A local construction company based in Andratx is seeking a skilled First-Class Plasterer and Drywaller to join their team. Responsibilities

- Reproducing plaster elements, decorative features, and structural moldings with precision.
- Installing false ceilings and correctly placing decorative moldings.
- Carrying out complete drywall assembly tasks, including setting up underlying metal structures.
- Applying joint compound, taping, filling, and preparing plasterboard surfaces for final finishing.

Qualifications

- At least 24 months (2 years) of relevant professional experience in plastering, escayola work, or drywall installation.
- Proven expertise in plasterboard joints,



surface filling, sub-structure mounting, and plaster application.
- No formal educational degree is required for this role, as solid practical skills and work quality are the main priorities.

This opportunity offers a permanent contract with a full-time work schedule. Your regular working hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a 1-hour rest break each day, giving you free weekends to enjoy life on the island. The compensation is a gross annual salary of €26,067.47, distributed across 14 payments per year.
