Experteer Overview
In this role, you will drive data-powered performance marketing for Glovo, leading regional campaigns and optimizing across channels to fuel user acquisition, activation, and re-engagement. You’ll work with cross-functional teams of marketers, data engineers, and BI analysts to scale impact, share best practices, and push efficiency through continuous testing and measurement. The role offers ownership of regional targets and a chance to shape high-impact growth initiatives within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead the creation, development, and optimization of high-impact campaigns for a specific region (Africa, EE, Balkans, or SWE)
• Drive acquisition, activation, reactivation, and re-engagement through App Campaigns (UAC) and programmatic channels
• Apply a hands-on, data-driven approach to daily operations and tackle challenges to exceed goals
• Collaborate with marketers and analysts across channels (Paid Social, SEM, ASA, programmatic) to maximize impact
• Own performance targets and consistently deliver key growth metrics
• Share insights and best practices to elevate team performance
• Lead ongoing optimization via A/B testing and performance analysis for efficiency




• Work cross-functionally with design, local marketing teams, BI, and Martech to craft winning strategies

Responsabilidades
• 3-5+ years in performance marketing
• Strong focus on Google App Campaigns (preferably UAC) and programmatic advertising
• Proven ability to scale campaigns and optimize acquisition funnels for ROAS
• Deep understanding of digital measurement, attribution models, incrementality testing, and optimization
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, Google Ads Editor, Adjust, Branch, Appsflyer)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive projects from strategy to execution
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
