Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead regional cybersecurity operations for EMEA and guide a cross-functional security team. You will align regional security with global standards, drive risk-based programs, and manage incidents with stakeholders. You’ll partner with regional IT and business teams to secure systems while fostering security awareness. This is a chance to shape security strategy in a global company at scale and contribute to a data-driven, agile digital transformation.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years in leadership roles in cybersecurity with program delivery experience (SOC, GRC, IAM, Risk u0026 Compliance)
• Experience leading cybersecurity teams
• Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) desirable
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and standards
• Experience in risk management methodologies and security technologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
