Experteer Overview In this role you support Renvolt’s accounting and reporting framework as a standalone entity post-carve‑out from Voltalia. You will oversee end‑to‑end accounting for multiple entities across Europe and Africa, coordinate group consolidation via OneStream, and supervise outsourced providers while ensuring IFRS and local GAAP compliance. Your IFRS expertise and consolidation skills will anchor the group’s financial close and tax processes in a multi‑country environment.
This is a hands‑on, transitional position that shapes the group’s finance operations as the company scales.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Manage end-to-end accounting for multiple legal entities across Europe and Africa ensuring IFRS/local GAAP compliance
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly/annual close, including journals, accruals, provisions, intercompany reconciliations
- Coordinate group consolidation via OneStream: reporting packages, homogenisation journals, eliminations
- Oversee consolidation interim period until central Consolidation function is established
- Manage intercompany balances, eliminations, and ensure timely, accurate financial statements
- Handle IFRS 16 lease accounting within the group system
- Support statutory reporting, audits, and liaison with external auditors
- Coordinate multi‑country tax compliance (VAT, CIT/IRC/CT, WHT) with local advisors
- Manage Transfer Pricing documentation and tax-related accounting activities
- Maintain country tax memos and assist with new country/project setups
- Ensure internal controls and remediation of control gaps
- Monitor outsourced accounting providers and ensure data quality across entities
- Drive process improvements and automation, support ERP upgrades xqbhyrx (IFS)
- Support corporate secretary matters for non-hub entities
Responsabilidades
- Accounting Degree
- 10+ years in international accounting (Europe, Africa)
- Strong IFRS knowledge
- Tax knowledge (VAT, corporate tax)
- OneStream experience a plus; IFS ERP knowledge advantageous
- Group consolidation and IFRS technical expertise
