Role Description This full-time Reporter role at VIEWNEXT is an on-site position based in the Greater Valencia Metropolitan Area. The Reporter will identify, research, and develop news stories by gathering information from interviews, documents, and on-the-ground reporting.

Responsibilities include writing clear and accurate news articles, creating multimedia content to support stories, and collaborating with editors and other team members to refine coverage. The role involves monitoring relevant beats, attending events and press conferences, verifying facts and sources, and meeting tight deadlines while adhering to editorial guidelines and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Reporting skills, including researching stories, conducting interviews, and verifying information.
- Candidates should possess excellent Writing and News Writing skills to produce accurate, engaging, and concise articles.




- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills for interacting with sources, colleagues, and audiences.
- Candidates should possess Multimedia skills, such as basic photo, audio, or video production and familiarity with digital publishing tools.
- Candidates should have strong editorial judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadline pressure.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced newsroom environment and collaborating within diverse teams.
- Relevant experience in journalism, media, or communications and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field are preferred.
- Proficiency in digital news platforms, content management systems, and social media for news distribution is beneficial.
