Responsibilities

- Perform data analysis to uncover insights that support decision-making across customer experience initiatives.
- Design and maintain dashboards to monitor performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize BI tools such as Qlik and Power BI to visualize data and communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement AI strategies for content generation, customer profiling, and process optimization.
- Proficiency on automation tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline processes and tasks.
- Support the development of customer segmentation models and qualification frameworks.
- Stay informed about AI trends, technologies, and applications relevant to marketing and customer engagement.
- Contribute to the integration of AI tools for audiovisual content generation and automation.

Skills

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Qlik and Power BI.
- Skilled in Power Apps and Power Automate for process and task automation.




- Familiarity with AI tools for content generation and customer profiling.
- Understanding of digital marketing and omnichannel strategy.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to work in cross‑functional and international teams.
- Knowledge of segmentation techniques and customer data modeling.

Required Experience

- Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or AI‑driven marketing roles.
- Experience working with AI tools and technologies for content and process optimization.
- Background in digital marketing strategy and customer experience initiatives.
- Experience working in collaborative, cross‑functional teams.
