What You'll Do

- Design, build, train, and optimize Large Language Models from scratch.
- Develop and fine-tune transformer architectures for complex production use cases.
- Improve model performance, efficiency, scalability, and inference speed.
- Research and implement novel approaches to model compression and optimization.
- Evaluate models using robust benchmarking and testing methodologies.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, software engineers, and product teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices.

What We're Looking For

- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- Commercial experience designing and training LLMs or transformer-based models from scratch—not just using existing APIs.




- Strong expertise in deep learning fundamentals, neural networks, and transformer architectures.
- Advanced Python programming skills with frameworks such as PyTorch and Hugging Face.
- Experience training, fine-tuning, and evaluating foundation models.
- Solid understanding of GPU computing and large-scale model training.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, Docker, and deploying machine learning models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative research-driven environment.

Nice to Have

- Experience with RAG architectures and retrieval systems.
- Knowledge of inference frameworks such as TensorRT or vLLM.
- Experience with distributed training or HPC environments.
- Research publications in AI or deep learning.
- Experience working with multimodal, computer vision, or speech models.
