Experteer Overview
In this Mu0026amp;A Analyst role within Santander CIB, you will support complex deals in the European TMT space, shaping client materials and financial analyses. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to assess sector dynamics, build models, and assist on live transactions from origination to execution. The position sits in Madrid, contributing to a technology-driven transformation and a strong risk-aware culture. You will play a key part in delivering high-quality insights and client-ready materials that drive value for clients and the firm.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Prepare client-facing materials (pitchbooks, information memoranda, boards materials)
• Conduct sector and company analysis across European telecom and digital infra sectors
• Monitor market developments, valuation trends, and investor activity in target sub-sectors
• Build and review financial models (DCF, accretion/dilution, sensitivities)
• Perform valuation work using various methodologies




• Support live Mu0026A and IPO processes, including due diligence and workstream management
• Assist senior bankers with client dialogue, strategic analysis, and origination ideas

Responsabilidades
• 2-4 years of relevant investment banking or Mu0026A experience
• Strong execution experience on live transactions and multi-workstream management
• Interest or exposure to TMT sector in Europe (telecom, digital infrastructure, media)
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills with solid accounting/finance fundamentals
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional European languages are a plus
