Experteer Overview In this role, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, safety, and cost targets. You’ll lead production, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. - Manage manufacturing operations to hit production targets, quality standards, and on-time delivery
- Monitor KPIs for productivity, quality, safety, efficiency, and cost
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, and utilization to maximize throughput and reduce downtime
- Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure smooth production flow
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety standards (OSHA)
- Lead waste reduction, defect elimination, and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean)




- Develop and coach supervisors and leaders, fostering engagement and teamwork
- Manage departmental budgets, control operating costs, and support capital planning
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve productivity, quality, and profitabilityResponsabilidades
- 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience managing production operations and leading teams in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality systems, and safety regulations
- Proficiency with ERP systems, production reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
