Experteer Overview As Manager, Legal Operation, you will independently manage hotel-related contracts and provide legal support to European operations and corporate teams. You’ll draft and negotiate hotel agreements, oversee the contract repository, and coordinate with global legal groups to enable RHG's growth. You will translate policy into practical guidance for regional teams and steer legal projects and transformation initiatives. This role offers exposure to high-impact, cross-border matters within a leading hospitality brand. - Draft, review, negotiate, and guide on hotel agreements and related documents across corporate, regional, and hotel levels, ensuring policy compliance.
- Maintain contract repository with accurate data, monitor statuses, milestones, and expiration dates.
- Provide legal advice to European regional teams, support cross-functional projects, and assist in debt recovery and settlements with owners.
- Conduct legal research and manage external counsel for disputes, tax matters, and operational issues.
- Develop and maintain legal policies, templates, and procedures; contribute to legal transformation initiatives.




- Support corporate matters for subsidiaries and local branches, including entity formation/liquidation, board/ shareholder processes, and regulatory filings.
- Coordinate with global Legal on regulatory compliance, privacy, competition law, and trademark matters.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and provide additional support as required.Responsabilidades
- Master of law (JD or LLM) from a reputable university
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the Legal Department of a major international company
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- EU work eligibility
