and monthly close schedules /li liSupport the preparation of financial statements and management reporting /li liPartner with the Director of Accounting and Controller to bring accounting processes in-house /li liAssist with ERP and financial systems implementation (NetSuite experience preferred) /li liReconcile cash, AR/AP, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions /li liCoordinate with external auditors and tax advisors /li liCollaborate with Operations and Product teams to ensure proper accounting for new initiatives /li liIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvement /li liEnsure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA candidate preferred) /li li3–6 years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting or startup experience a plus) /li liStrong understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end close procedures /li liHands-on experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred /li liStrong attention to detail and organizational skills /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills /li liExperience documenting processes and supporting system implementations /li liComfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment /li /ul pThis position is hybrid based out of our Barcelona office located near la Barceloneta. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
