As ADP’s next Digital Sales District Manager, you will introduce prospective clients to ADP’s leading solutions, build relationships across Fortune 100 organizations to small innovative businesses, and partner with internal teams and external customers to drive new business and maximize revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

- - Drive the business forward by reaching and exceeding sales goals.
- Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans, using a cold‑calling strategy to build relationships, uncover true business needs, and recommend the right ADP products and services.
- Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cross‑selling into existing accounts.
- Collaborate daily with both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.

Qualifications
- - Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, self‑motivated, and excellent closing skills.
- Goal‑oriented with proven ability to reach and exceed monthly and yearly quotas.
- Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.
- Excellent systems literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in German and English.

Preferred Qualifications




- - Business‑to‑business sales experience with proficiency in selling, presentation skills, prospecting, and territory management.
- Motivated self‑starter with the capacity and drive to reach and exceed sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with other ADP sales associates.
- Demonstrated cold‑calling sales ability, with an assertive, positive, persistent style.
- Effective communication skills through all mediums (verbal, listening, written).
