Experteer Overview
In this role you drive verification, validation and testing across complex signalling and software programs to ensure safety, quality and reliability. You’ll lead Vu0026amp;V activities within cross-functional teams and coordinate with engineering centers to manage risk and deliver high-integrity rail solutions. The position emphasizes moving from manual to automated testing and representing Vu0026amp;V progress to customers. This is a mission-driven, high-impact engineering role at scale in a critical infrastructure domain.

Responsabilidades
• Experience in verification u0026 validation, testing, integration or system engineering
• Strong knowledge of test automation strategies and tools (Cucumber, JMeter, Postman)
• Understanding of Agile, CI/CD environments and software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of integrated systems (CCTV, PA, PIS, communications, control centers)
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for requirements and test management
• Engineering background with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish (French is a plus)
• Leadership mindset, autonomy and strong communication skills
• Experience in regulated industries (railway signalling, aerospace, defence, nuclear) is a plus
