Experteer Overview
As Packaging Engineer (Ru0026amp;I), you will help develop and industrialize packaging solutions for dairy products within an international innovation team. You will guide concepts from pilot to full-scale implementation, balancing cost, performance, and feasibility. You’ll work with multiple stakeholders to ensure product quality and scalability, shaping packaging strategy in a cross-functional, global setting.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Contribute to product brief definitions with stakeholders
• Develop products at pilot scale and drive successful industrialization
• Coordinate and manage suppliers during development
• Ensure final packaging and product quality
• Validate products for consumer testing (technical and sensory)
• Lead or support industrialization activities with implementation teams
• Draft and validate technical specifications
• Apply internal tools and processes (Innopro, Ipro View, Artemis)




• Design optimized packaging solutions balancing cost, performance, and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Food Law, Portfolio, Supply Chain)

Responsabilidades
• Scientific or engineering background (minimum 2 years of higher education)
• At least 2 years of experience in the food industry (pilot or industrial scale)
• Experience in cross-functional or stakeholder-heavy environments (desirable)
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Adaptable, proactive with the ability to manage complexity
• Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build trust-based relationships
• Team player with high autonomy
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory)
