We are looking for candidates for the position of Mechanical Equipment - Leader.

Qualifications and Desired Experience / Attributes

- Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 15 years of demonstrable experience in machinery and equipment (Gas Turbines, Steam Turbine Generators, Boilers, Condensers, Compressors, Pumps, …) suitable for a multicultural environment for Power Generation Projects.
- Work as part of a multi-office, multi-disciplinary team.
- Commitment and proactivity.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading successful projects and teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and international audiences.
- Availability to travel on a one-off basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise & develop activities for design, selection, documentation follow‑up, testing,



commissioning & troubleshooting of equipment and packages managed by Mechanical Department, ensuring compliance with QA/QC & HSE requirements.
- Provide general working guidelines, personal advising & motivation as well as organise manpower for the Project, scheduling planned activities as final responsible for quality, delivery time & resources optimisation.
- Generate a positive working environment with engineering disciplines, project, vendors & Mechanical Department for Project success.
