Collaboration, transparency, and knowledge sharing are core values, and team members actively support one another to achieve common goals. /p pIf this environment and way of working resonate with you, we invite you to apply and become part of an international team responsible for managing and further developing the IaaS technology of ING’s cloud platforms. /p h3Your key responsibilities /h3 ul liActively contribute to an agile working environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews. /li liCollaborate closely with the Product Owner and the squad to achieve shared objectives while working from a common backlog. /li liTake ownership of reporting activities and provide guidance to the squad, helping steer initiatives that improve service quality and customer satisfaction. /li liProactively support other squads within the area and the broader tribe, acting as a trusted advisor when needed. /li liLeverage video conferencing and collaboration tools to enable effective communication and teamwork across distributed teams. /li /ul h3What are we looking for /h3 ul liYou have experience implementing, configuring and modifying network infrastructure. /li liYou are able to make strong conceptual connections and critically assess network designs from both technical implementation and security perspectives. /li liBroad knowledge of LAN, WAN and DC environments. /li liKnowledge of routing and switching protocols in a highly available environment. /li liExtensive knowledge and experience with Firewall products. /li liKnowledge of scripting and automation tools. /li liYou can manage (monitor, evaluate, continuously improve) Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management processes. /li liTechnical implications of Security and Risk principles. /li liClear understanding of consumer context and needs, as well as the value-add of your service to the consumer. /li liUnderstanding of the Scrum methodology (e.g. backlog and sprint planning,



review and marketplace). /li liStrong analytical skills. /li liInsight and implementation of desired structural infrastructure solution. /li liCreating and improving documentation and work instructions on the delivered infrastructure solution. /li liExperience and preferable one or more certifications on: /li liExperience in cloud deployment and infrastructure services is a plus. /li liExperience or knowledge of Open Networking platforms is a plus. /li liYou know your way around with orchestration platforms as Terraform, Ansible, Saltstack, Chef, Puppet, Azure Automation, Google Cloud Deployment Manager, AWS Cloud formation etc. /li liThe technology of interfacing squads and consumers to achieve an end-to-end view. /li liImpact of different factors on the performance and capacity of services and different elements on the performance and capacity of services. /li liWorking-level knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices. /li liUnderstanding of the Scrum methodology (e.g., backlog and sprint planning, review and marketplace). /li liKnowledge of DevOps way of working (e.g., continuous delivery, cross-functional team set-ups, development of cross-skilled squad members). /li /ul h3Your education, background other competencies /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline. /li liCertifications or proven proficiency in Networking and Security. /li liCertifications or proven proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages. /li liExcellent command of spoken and written English. /li liThe mindset of openness and willingness to try new ways of working and technologies. /li liEnd-to-end ownership mindset. /li liActive team player who takes responsibility. /li liIndependent and autonomous in completing tasks. /li liThe mentality of continuous improvement of the service and way of working. /li liReflects upon behaviours and performance to proactively identify improvement areas. /li liStrong problem solver to structure and improve complex situations. /li liCoaches others to help their individual development. /li /ul h3What do we offer /h3 pOur model is all about flexibility and accountability.
