As a senior software leader at IFCO, you will design robust, scalable software architectures and drive quality across the product stack. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, reliability, and data handling at large scale. You will mentor junior developers, promote learning, and introduce innovative approaches to improve the software backbone of a circular, sustainable packaging business.
