CualificacionesThe idóneo candidate combines strong analytical and financial acumen with an understanding of manufacturing cost structures and commercial dynamics. You are curious, proactive, and comfortable translating data into actionable recommendations that influence business decisions.

Commercial Analysis & ReportingConduct analysis of financial performance, including sales, margins, and profitability across products and customers. Prepare and deliver Commercial performance reports highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities. Support leadership with actionable insights to improve operational and commercial performance.

Evaluate and support pricing strategies considering cost structures, market conditions, and competitive positioning.



Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure pricing reflects cost changes and capacity dynamics.

Forecasting & BudgetingSupport the preparation of sales forecasts and financial budgets in alignment with production plans and capacity constraints. Work cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting assumptions. Track actual results versus forecast and budget, identifying key variances (volume, price, cost) and underlying drivers.

Track opportunity PipelineEngage directly with Sales Teams via Sales Force to provide insights and recommendations to improve forecast accuracy and business performance. Provide insights into pricing, product positioning, and market opportunities. Identify growth opportunities by product segment, geography, or customer base.

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor’s degree or similar in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial or commercial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in or closely with commercial teams in a production-driven organization is highly desirable.
- Understanding of pricing, cost analysis, or revenue management is a plus.
