The Billing Specialist will report to the Billing Team Lead. /p h3The Role /h3 pAs a Billing Specialist, you will manage the team's mailbox, process purchase orders, handle customer onboarding requests, upload portal invoices, and invoice for both professional services and SaaS. You will collaborate with various departments such as Collection, Finance Operations, and Deal Desk to achieve shared objectives. The role requires good independent judgment to evaluate and resolve unique situations effectively. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOnboard clients into the billing system. /li liUpload invoices to portals. /li liSupport daily team communications as requests for action are received in the team inbox. /li liProcess financial documents, invoices, and purchase orders. /li liResponsible for accurate and timely invoicing and related administrative tasks. /li liGenerate invoices for both professional services and SaaS offerings. /li liActively collaborate with Collection, Finance Operations, and Deal Desk teams to ensure smooth processes and achieve common goals. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liA BA/BS degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, and/or Linguistics. /li liFirst experience in a billing, AR or similar role within finance. /li liBusiness fluency in English as a Must‑have. /li liStrong communication skills to deal with different internal stakeholders and in multinational teams. /li liVery comfortable with numbers. /li liTarget driven, quick learner and team player.
