You will contribute to the success of Ball by optimizing production efficiency, cost, and customer service through effective planning and scheduling. You will be responsible for managing the master production schedule, coordinating cross‑functional planning activities, and ensuring the timely availability of materials to support uninterrupted production. You will play a critical role in balancing plant capacity, customer demand, and operational efficiency. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeveloping and maintaining the master production schedule in collaboration with Customer Service and Production teams. /li liCoordinating with internal stakeholders to optimize plant efficiency while maximizing customer service levels. /li liManaging capacity planning and updating ERP systems to reflect accurate production capabilities. /li liMonitoring production outputs, changeovers, and performance metrics (OEE/MOD) to improve planning accuracy. /li liCreating and maintaining bill of materials, routings, and packing specifications for finished goods. /li liManaging procurement and supply of raw materials (aluminium, coatings, packaging) to ensure timely availability and cost efficiency. /li liMonitoring stock levels and ensuring alignment with budget targets for raw materials and finished goods. /li liManaging supplier interactions, including resolution of raw material quality issues. /li liSupporting logistics processes, including import/export documentation when required.



/li liEnsuring compliance with EHS, ISO/BRC standards, and maintaining accurate planning and system records. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEducational background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (HNC/HND or equivalent preferred). /li liExperience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations is an advantage. /li liStrong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. /li liAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and a drive for results. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; experience with SAP/ERP systems is desirable. /li liStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. /li liFluency in Spanish and English. /li /ul pBall Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks.
