This role will be based in our office (Szczecin, Lowestoft or Fredericia) and will be responsible for ensuring fast turnaround during the recruitment of Wind Turbine Technicians. Being an integral part of our Global HR Team, this role will support in ensuring continuous improvement of all aspects of our talent acquisition processes and activities. The main focus of the role is to act as a driver and coordinator of recruitment arising from sales opportunities, alongside supporting our operations divisions and business units with operational recruitment performance and talent acquisition initiatives. /p pResponsibilities will include a variety of recruitment tasks including: actively recruiting, stakeholder management, recruitment processes and employer branding. The role will also be accountable for the development, maintenance and ongoing management of our candidate database; managing incoming online applications, utilising social media and advertising campaigns to attract new candidates and ensuring an up‑to‑date short list of qualified candidates with appropriate skills and experience within the Wind sector are available to fulfil recruitment requests.



/p h3TYPICAL DUTIES WILL INCLUDE /h3 ul liResponsibility for the recruitment of new technicians; acting as hands‑on recruiter focusing on recruiting for short‑term sales requests and upcoming projects /li liDeveloping a pipeline of Wind Turbine Technicians to meet sales requests, project requirements and peak period demands /li liBeing a key driver in GWS’s recruitment and branding strategy, ensuring market presence and ongoing development of our candidate database of skilled technicians for future works and within new markets /li liNegotiating pay rates and finalising arrangements between internal stakeholders and candidates /li liMaintaining a globally aligned recruitment process and approach, focusing on fast initiation and delivery, flexibility and scalability /li liContinuous development and improvements of both process and tools around our recruitment process, to improve efficiency, global alignment and candidate experience /li liReviewing internal recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs /li liEnsure effective activities in relevant markets based on business needs and the global recruitment strategy /li liProviding improved customer experience within GWS for internal stakeholders driving the recruitment process; through focus, communication and proactivity by; /li liCollaborating with the internal HR Team to ensure clear overviews, progress, and communication internally within HR, and towards the business /li liBuilding relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders and our Sales Division /li liEnsuring aligned expectations and prioritisation of recruitment needs with key stakeholders, primarily our Sales and Operations Teams /li liWorking collaboratively with GWS Resource Managers to ensure alignment of internal capacity vs.
