pp Postdoctoral Researcher Vall D'Hebron Institute Of Oncology Barcelona, Kingdom Of Spain, ES /p h3Postdoctoral Researcher – Radiomics Group /h3 pWe are seeking an outstanding Postdoctoral Researcher to join the VHIO Radiomics Group and lead innovative research at the intersection of artificial intelligence, computational medical imaging, and multi-omics integration for precision oncology. The successful candidate will play a leading role in developing next‑generation computational methods for quantitative imaging biomarkers and multimodal AI models that integrate medical imaging, molecular profiling, pathology and clinical data. These approaches will support early cancer detection, patient stratification, prognosis, and prediction of treatment response. Beyond conducting high‑impact research, the successful candidate is expected to contribute to the scientific leadership of the group by mentoring Ph D students and junior researchers, fostering collaborations across disciplines, and contributing to competitive research proposals and high‑impact publications. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop novel computational approaches for quantitative medical image analysis /li liDevelop imaging biomarker tools /li liApply artificial intelligence for precision oncology /li liIntegrate multi-omics data combining imaging, genomics, pathology and clinical data /li liPredictive modelling for early cancer detection, patient prognosis and treatment response prediction /li liDevelop reproducible research pipelines and software for translational cancer research /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPh D in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging, Computational Biology, or a closely related discipline. /li liProven research experience in Artificial Intelligence, with a strong publication record in machine learning and/or deep learning for biomedical applications. /li liDemonstrated expertise in computational medical image analysis. /li liMandatory experience in MRI analysis and/or the development or application of Large Language Models (LLMs) for biomedical or clinical research.
