The role requires you to act as an IT Expert and Consultant for the SAP S/4HANA & MDG – Material Master Data Global Template team, leading design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Global Template.Envíe su solicitud a continuación después de leer todos los detalles y la información de apoyo sobre esta oportunidad de trabajo.Job Responsibilities- Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Integral Template for SAP S/4HANA & MDG – Material Master Data.- Develop and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data quality, lineage, and metadata accuracy.- Work independently on governance projects to align organizational data and maintain integrity.- Design, configure, test, and gather requirements for a fully functional MDG environment.- Provide hands‑on functional support: fit‑gap analysis, solution design, system configuration, and testing.- Partner with Business Product, Process, & Content owners to plan and execute strategic enhancements to the Global Template.- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to create technical architecture patterns for master data initiatives.- Coordinate deliverables across cross‑functional IT teams (Build & Test factories), ensuring on‑time delivery and quality standards.- Conduct feasibility studies and process design reviews for SAP S/4HANA / MDG – Material Master Data solutions.- Manage SAP S/4HANA / MDG – Material Master Data dependencies: data migration, harmonization, and integration, while aligning with global template principles.- Implement robust governance standards and practices to proactively resolve compliance challenges.- Partner with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions for business challenges and opportunities, ensuring compliance across departments.- Communicate technical requirements clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders,



building trust and alignment.- Develop and execute strategies that improve data quality and overall organizational compliance.- Oversee complex data governance systems, ensuring critical data integrity and security across multiple business units.Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.- Minimum 6 years of dedicated experience in SAP Material Master Data.- At least 3 full‑life‑cycle implementations of the SAP MDG – Material Master Module (Consolidation, Mass Processing, DQM, Integration, and MDQ).- Demonstrated experience handling large data governance projects and overseeing complex governance systems.- Track record of leading, developing, and enforcing data governance policies and standards across multiple business units.- Experience managing data assets, ensuring data quality, lineage, and metadata accuracy.Technical & Business Skills- Deep functional understanding of SAP Material Master concepts (Procure‑to‑Pay, Manufacturing, Quality Management).- Expert‑level SAP functional configuration of Material Master data.- Proficiency in SAP Customizing, SAP ABAP (design, implementation, debugging).- Advanced knowledge of BRF+ (Building rule‑based workflow services).- Hands‑on experience with SAP Solution Manager and Focused Build cycles.- Strong knowledge of data privacy laws, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.- Cloud Architecture: foundational understanding of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).- Integration: basic understanding of middleware applications and integrations.Soft Skills- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.- Ability to translate complex governance requirements for both technical teams and business leaders.- Collaborative mindset to work across departments to define data definitions, resolve data issues, and ensure compliance.Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have)- SAP MDG certification. xcskxlj Roche is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
