Who you are
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, comfortable working with data and digital tools, and curious about how AI can improve team productivity
- You have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Learning and Development, or a related field
- You have gained initial experience through an internship, student project, or extracurricular activity in operations, project coordination, sales, marketing, events, or communications
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders at once
- You communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken English, and work effectively with colleagues across cultures and time zones
- You are confident using collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
- You are comfortable turning data into clear trackers, charts, and presentations

What the job involves
- The Sales Enablement Specialist will support the Global Retail Media Enablement team in delivering effective training, communications, content,
and operational support for commercial teams
- This role is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Sales Enablement, Retail Media, and global go-to-market operations while helping keep high-impact programs organized, visible, and running smoothly
- Support the planning and delivery of global enablement programs, including training sessions, team meetings, stakeholder syncs, and onsite events across time zones
- Prepare agendas and meeting materials, capture notes, track action items, and follow through on agreed next steps
- Maintain the enablement calendar and program trackers, ensuring upcoming training, launches, deadlines, and milestones are visible and up to date
- Assist with participant enrollment, communications, attendance tracking, and post-training follow-up; coordinate preparation with external facilitators and vendors when needed
- Support onboarding for new commercial hires by coordinating sessions, tracking completion, and helping ensure access to the right tools and resources
- Gather and organize training requests and stakeholder feedback, maintaining a clear view of priorities, program status, and deadlines
- Build and maintain simple trackers, charts, dashboards, and presentation materials covering participation, completion, certifications, engagement,
and key milestones
- Distribute post-training surveys, summarize feedback into practical insights, and support recognition initiatives such as completion spotlights and leaderboards
- Keep enablement content organized and current across Highspot, shared drives, and learning-management systems; help format, upload, distribute, and audit resources
- Use AI tools, including Dust, to draft communications, summarize meeting notes, create first drafts, and improve recurring workflows through automation and templates
- Assist with tracking vendor invoices, event costs, subscriptions, and other enablement-related spend
- Success Measures:
- Training sessions, meetings, and events are well coordinated and run smoothly
- Program trackers, calendars, and participant data are accurate and up to date
- Stakeholders receive timely, clear communications and action-item follow-up
- Enablement content and resources are organized, current, and easy to access
- Training feedback and participation data are captured and summarized effectively
- The VIE contributes to reducing administrative workload for the broader Enablement team
- This VIE offers direct exposure to a high-visibility general Enablement function at the intersection of Sales, Retail Media, Product, Marketing, and Learning. You will build practical experience in coordinating commercial programs, using data to support decisions, and applying AI tools to improve ways of working
