Sales Engineer

Analyze customer requirements and recommend the most suitable engineering solutions.





Support the sales organization with technical expertise throughout the sales process.

Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.

Collaborate with engineering, project management, service, and R&D; teams to ensure technically sound and competitive proposals.

Prepare technical documentation, cost estimations, and project specifications.

Visit customer sites internationally to understand processes, identify improvement opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships.

Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor solutions to continuously enhance our offerings.

What We Are Looking For Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Process, or related Engineering.

Strong technical curiosity and problem-solving mindset.

Interest in combining engineering with customer-oriented and commercial activities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.

Willingness to travel internationally.

Fluent English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
