AVIAREPS Spain is growing, andwe are looking for a driven Aviation Sales Manager to lead the commercial success of a majorinternational airline in Spain. Build and lead a sales team while driving revenue growth and commercial success.

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share andprofitability. Drive business development with tour operators, travel agencies, and online distributionchannels, and corporate accounts. Monitor market trends, competitors,



and opportunities within the Spanish market tosupport strategic decision-making.

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and commercial presentations for clients andmanagement. Oversee contracts, fare distribution, and compliance with legal and regulatoryrequirements. Represent the company at trade fairs, events, roadshows, and product training sessions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in aviation sales. In-depth knowledge of the airline industry with a strong network within the Spanish B2Btravel trade and corporate travel sector.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Amadeus is considered an advantage. Native-level Spanish with a high level of spoken and written English.
