Sales Team Lead – AdTech

Málaga, Spain

MediaMint is expanding its European team, and we're looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to drive advertiser acquisition and lead a high-performing Sales Development team in Málaga, Spain.

What You'll Do

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Design and execute strategic outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Drive pipeline growth through effective lead qualification and conversion strategies.
- Monitor team performance using data-driven insights and sales metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure seamless opportunity handoff and pipeline management.
- Champion sales enablement through coaching, training, and best practices.
- Optimize sales processes using Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and other sales technologies.
- Provide regular pipeline reporting and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
- 2+ years of experience leading and coaching SDR teams.




- Strong expertise with CRM and sales engagement platforms, including Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A data-driven approach to sales performance and team development.
- Native proficiency in French or Italian.
